Sessions

This page has been created to give my clients an insight to how my Therapy Sessions run and also some extra information regarding the costs for my sessions.

• Our initial session will be to decide if this would be the best service for you.
  
  
• Following this session, if we agree that this service is the best service for you we will agree to meet at a mutually convenient time each week for a 60 minute session.
  
  
• The duration of therapy is something that we will discuss. Our work together is reviewed at approximately 6 weekly intervals, or more often if you require.
  
  
• The issues you raise will be treated confidentially.
  
  
• If you had to cancel a session, it would of course be more convenient to have as much notice as possible.  Your session fee will still be payable unless a clear 24 hours notice is given, and in the event the session cannot be rescheduled within the week. There will be no charge for holidays, providing adequate notice is provided.
  
  
• Fees are payable at a rate of £60 per each face-to-face individual session and £80 per couple each session.
