My Experience

Whilst 11 years of my training experience has been working short-term with all stages of substance use in two NHS settings, additionally I have been working in private practice for 6 years as a mental healthcare practitioner both as an independent practitioner in private practice and for 4 years occupying rooms in Bishopsgate London EC2 and Harley St, London WC1 for and on behalf of Harley Therapy co.uk as an independent practitioner, working with individuals and couples on a short-term brief and longer term basis with all aspects of mental healthcare.

My clinical experience includes work with substance use, maintenance of change, sobriety and recovery to include co-occuring mental health care issues. Additionally I work with couples and who are struggling with drink and drug related issues, maintenance of change and recovery, separation and divorce, phobias, panic attacks, suicidal ideation, self harm, suicide attempts, sexual abuse, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, sexual orientation, bereavement and loss, work-related stress, anger management, life skills.

Additionally I am a trainee clinical supervisor for Mind in Croydon.
